The contract is concluded through registration and first use of our services. By creating an account, you accept these Terms of Service.
As a user, you agree to:
Your Rights: You receive full usage rights to the personalized content created for you (stories, images, audiobooks).
Our Rights: We reserve the right to use the input data you provide to improve our AI models (anonymized and non-personal).
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you have expressly agreed that we begin with the service before the end of the withdrawal period.
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.
Since our services are based on AI, we cannot guarantee that the generated content is free from copyright infringement. You are obligated to review the content before commercial use.
You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data will be deleted, and created content can be exported upon request.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Remshalden, Germany. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
